Levels I & II establish the foundation of Usui Reiki, introducing the core teachings, symbols, attunements, and practices for working with Reiki energy.
 
You’ll learn to channel Reiki for self-healing and healing others, work with the Reiki symbols, and develop a consistent connection to the energy for in-person and distance healing.
